In tonight’s edition, when the Elizabeth Holmes documentary hits theaters next week, it will reignite a beef between the Theranos founder and The New York Times over a printed quote that neither can agree on. Tonight we reveal a bigger issue at The Gray Lady as a potential conflict of interest connected to the Holmes doc bubbles away under the surface.
Also, we examine the ratings data that has led to Fox News’ “reverse ferret” on Donald Trump and have details about an editor exodus at The Wall Street Journal.
Plus, Journo Jobs is back with gigs at NYT, CBS, NYPR, Reuters, WaPo, and internship opportunities at CNBC, MS Now, WSJ, The Information, Dow Jones, ABC News, and Politico.
Finally, Breaker was a guest on The Press Box, chinwagging with Bryan Curtis about the Murdoch brothers, with James taking over Vox and Lachlan recently snapping up Roku. We also discussed the future of CNN under David Ellison’s ownership. You can listen here.

But Hannity was licking his wounds, having been trounced by MS NOW and Rachel Maddow Monday night, beaten in total viewers and in the key demographic – an event that should ring alarm bells at 1211 Avenue of the Avenue.
For Scott and Wallace, the anniversary comes as they navigate this new frontier for the network: a space where its once loyal audience is now fed up with Donald Trump…
