Llamas Puts A Holt On Nightly Vibes
(Exclusive.) At lunchtime on Tuesday, NBC Nightly News staffers gathered in the Newsroom on the fourth floor of 30 Rock to hear from Executive Producer Meghan Rafferty, who told her team she has a new job.
As Breaker first reported, Rafferty, who has been EP of Nightly since September 2021, announced she would be leaving NBC to join Versant as VP of Standards across MSNBC and CNBC.
For Nightly staffers, it marks the second major change to the show in just under two months, beginning when Lester Holt departed the anchor chair to make way for Tom Llamas.
